About the Project
Now more than ever before, we are seeing how one story has the power to connect the world. First Person Arts, in collaboration with Delaware County Community College, will produce a multidisciplinary digital storytelling event this fall. The program will feature true and personal stories of the Delaware County Community College community, expressed through multiple artistic disciplines on the theme “How Has Racism Inspired You?"

About First Person Arts
True, personal stories are the raw materials of our practice. First person art includes storytellers practicing across multiple disciplines (i.e., theatre, memoir, visual arts, spoken word, dance, etc.) from the point of view of someone expressing or sharing events that he or she is experiencing or has experienced; and, those working to accurately depict people, places, activities and events. At First Person Arts, they help people develop their own true, personal stories for performance and personal growth. Learn More »
